Biography
Stephen Turner received his B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Western Michigan University in 1987, followed by an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He is currently a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Michigan-Flint and leads a research cluster broadly focused on sustainability. His research interests include intelligent transportation systems, blockchain, software-defined networking, the Internet of Things, smart cities, and next-generation digital learning environments.
