Bridging the Gap: Coalescing Research into Educational Labs for the Application of Machine Learning Methodologies to Cybersecurity Threats

Overview

Bridging the Gap is an NSF-funded initiative that established the foundation for CRADLE Lab's hands-on cybersecurity teaching infrastructure. The project translates peer-reviewed research in cybersecurity and machine learning into safe, cloud-based virtual labs, giving students realistic, hands-on experience without exposing them to real-world risk.

This groundwork now supports several of the lab's other projects and research efforts, and continues to grow as new labs and course material are added.
